Windsor House Nursery was inspected by Ofsted on 29 July 2025 and received an overall rating of Inadequate. In their report, inspectors noted: "Leaders do not ensure that the environment is safe for children. During the inspection, a two-year-old child ran into the kitchen area while this was in use as a fire door had been propped open. Inside the front and back door of the premises, there are trails from snails or slugs on mats."
