Water Lilies Preschool was inspected by Ofsted on 13 January 2022 and received an overall rating of Good. In their report, inspectors noted: "Children enjoy being at this friendly pre-school. They arrive full of smiles for the welcoming staff, happily leaving their parents at the door since the COVID-19 pandemic began. Children who are new to the pre-school are very well supported."
