In their report, inspectors noted: "The provision requires improvement Staff do not embed consistent opportunities for children to learn through child-led play in all areas. They do not ensure that the curriculum engages all children consistently in their learning. Consequently, in some areas, children are left with little to do as they wait for staff to share adult-led learning."
