Tons Of Fun Childcare was inspected by Ofsted on 16 July 2025 and received an overall rating of Inadequate. In their report, inspectors noted: "The providers, who are also the managers and have oversight of the nursery, have not identified gaps in staff's knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. These gaps in safeguarding knowledge mean that staff do not understand how to identify or deal with concerns swiftly. For example, there are inconsistencies in staff's knowledge with regards to who the designated safeguarding leads are."
