In their report, inspectors noted: "Children settle quickly into this small, home-from-home setting, with staff who are warm, caring and friendly. Staff build strong relationships with children and use a thorough induction process to gain information from parents about what children can do at home. There is an effective key-person system in place, which helps support children's well-being."
