Tettenhall Green Kindergarten was inspected by Ofsted on 9 December 2021 and received an overall rating of Good. In their report, inspectors noted: "The environment is vibrant and well resourced. Children arrive happy, eager to play and spend time with their friends. Children behave well and staff have high expectations for behaviour."
