Teeny Feet Day Nursery was inspected by Ofsted on 22 September 2025 and received an overall rating of Inadequate. In their report, inspectors noted: "Leaders and managers do not ensure that children are safe and secure at all times. For example, they do not ensure that all staff know the correct safeguarding procedures if they are concerned about children or a member of staff's conduct. They do not ensure that staff are adequately trained and have the appropriate knowledge and skills with regard to meeting the needs of the youngest children, including how to put babies to sleep safely."
