Smiths Children was inspected by Ofsted on 30 March 2022 and received an overall rating of Good. In their report, inspectors noted: "Children receive a warm welcome from staff, when they arrive at the setting. They show they feel happy and safe in staff's nurturing care. All children have formed strong attachments to their key person."
