In their report, inspectors noted: "The provider has not been sufficiently thorough in checking the suitability of staff and committee members that have direct contact with children. In addition, they have not ensured that all staff receive induction training to help them understand their roles and responsibilities. This includes ensuring all staff have a full understanding of how to report safeguarding concerns."
