Oz Tots was inspected by Ofsted on 27 August 2025 and received an overall rating of Inadequate. In their report, inspectors noted: "Children's safety is not fully assured due to breaches in safeguarding and welfare requirements. Managers have not ensured that all staff understand reporting processes, such as whistle-blowing procedures, if they have a concern regarding a colleague's practice. They do not monitor staff practice well enough and do not recognise when the quality of teaching is poor."
