Little Sunshine'S Bromley was inspected by Ofsted on 15 April 2025 and received an overall rating of Requires improvement. In their report, inspectors noted: "The provision requires improvement Leaders provide training opportunities for staff. However, they do not always train new staff in a timely manner during their induction period, in line with their induction procedure. This leads to some staff not having a clear understanding of any restrictions in place for their roles and responsibilities during their induction period."
