Leaps Nursery was inspected by Ofsted on 12 October 2022 and received an overall rating of Good. In their report, inspectors noted: "Children receive effective support from staff to settle swiftly at the nursery. Staff ensure that they individualise this settling-in process, depending on each child's needs. Therefore, children make strong bonds with staff from the outset."

- The manager uses her clear knowledge of early years education to develop an effective curriculum.
- Staff do not consistently support children to securely understand the importance of adopting good hygiene routines.
- Staff actively seek support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
- Children thoroughly enjoy group games, such as 'Duck, Duck, Goose'.
- Staff do not always consider the size of the group when conducting activities.
