Britannia Fields Blossoming Butterflies was inspected by Ofsted on 28 March 2025 and received an overall rating of Requires improvement. In their report, inspectors noted: "The provision requires improvement When all children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), walk with staff in the street, their safety is promoted well and they hold staff's hands. Children know the routine to get ready to go outdoors. They wait at the door for staff, anticipating what will happen next."
