Bright Horizons Day Nursery And Pre School Crawley was inspected by Ofsted on 1 August 2023 and received an overall rating of Good. In their report, inspectors noted: "Children receive a warm welcome from staff, who are ready to greet them. Parents drop their children off at the door in the mornings as, through evaluation following the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, staff have found that children settle more effectively this way. Parents come into the setting when they collect their children, and they receive full feedback about their children."
